Clients Brief:

Wealden Woodstyle came to us in the summer and explained that that they wanted to re-freshen there image and leave behind there ageing look which we had previously designed over 15 years ago.

Services:

Typeography & Colour:

Typography was simple. We wanted: Bold - Strong - Clear text and 'Gill Sans' ticked all of those boxes. Deciding colours was a slightly harder task. 'Wealden' had always been seen (especially online) to use mostly browns and beige colours which we was keen to steer them away from when rebranding.

Website Design & Build:

Once we had created a fresh brand identity we then needed to implement it. One major platform which needed to be reinvented was their website. We decided to open Wealden Woodstyle up as their previous website was tightly condensed throughout with the layout being placed into one central column with no content outside of this. We created the site to be colourful, easy to navigate, interesting and informative.

One element 'Wealden' were particularly keen to be included in there new site from the start of the project, was that they wanted to have a place were they could show off new, exciting projects they had completed. They wanted these projects to be categorised and easy for themselves to update in the future.

Social Media Management:

Along with there new identity 'Wealden' were keen to keep there image up-to-date and to also branch out of traditional forms of marketing and into the world of social media. Our first task was to identify what audience they would like to target, once this was decided we researched what platforms would best suit them and there goals. We identified that they would be best suited to focussing on just 3 key platforms to drive the best results, these platforms were; Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin.
